South East Asia is booming and we all know that. However, we are in the middle of a pandemic and it seems that there is so much money looking for homes that art is a main beneficiary of the whole situation.
Chinese artists sold very well, Philippino artists sold extremely well but the records and extremely high prices belong to Vietnamese artists with Le Pho, Vu Cao Dam and May Thu taking the spotlights.
I am stopping here with one mention and one example of a piece of art that sold four times over the last twelve years and appreciated in value from 2500 pounds to 45,000 pounds.
