Leon Kalogeropoulos ( 1928 – 2002) was the Greek, Marine artist who the Greek Tycoons loved his marine art, invested in and had his art in all their offices and collections. he appeared in the major auctions of London in 2001 and sold very well with his first painting and with many others reaching an auction price of £8000 at Bonhams for a painting of Constantinople and the Bosporus. That painting was provided by greeksinart.
